Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse the Shop, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order. You can view the contents of your Shopping Cart at any time by clicking on the "View Cart" button.
Payment and Price We accept payment in British Pounds Stirling (£), preferably by Credit / Debit card (Freefone 0800 389 6021 to complete transaction), PayPal or by cheque.

Tax Charges
Included for orders from the UK or the European Union is VAT @ 20%.
Your Order After completion of your order, please examine your receipt to ensure that all the details are correct. If you think that you may have ordered something in error, this is easy to correct by contacting our sales department by telephone or e-mail preferably within 1 working day of your order.
Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Deliveries Most products will normally be despatched within 2 working days. Although most parcels are sent via the Royal Mail postal system we also use private couriers to speed up deliveries, so please make sure you supply a contact telephone number so we can arrange a delivery date with you. Please bear in mind that delivery dates given should always be considered provisional as availability and delay in delivery of goods is sometimes outside of our control.
You should check the delivery yourself and report any problems to our sales department immediately. We will be pleased to help to resolve any issues.
Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your purchase or our service for any reason, you may notify us, within 7 working days from the date of delivery, that you wish to return your order. When the goods have been returned to our warehouse in original condition you will receive a full refund.
